I always remember Kramer’s motto: “Here's to feeling good all the time…”. Not sure if that’s a strategy, or perhaps a philosophy. It was memorable

That’s why I love reading biographies instead of scrolling through charted presentations of data. This way, I can see real live stories of people and not dead unrealistic ideas presented on paper.

You can't beat a narrative.

Great ones aren't easy to write, but all the effort you put into them go straight to making the story better. When writing slides you need to spend a lot of time designing them and cutting the words down to very short sentences and then support them with voice over - I think we are much better off just focusing on the narrative first. If we really need slides for a presentation then they are much easier to write very succinct slides to support the key points of the narrative which we will then present via voice anyway.

Completely agree. Great point.

"Your strategy is how you bring that quest/pupose to life... through your four core activities... one of which is uncopyable"

OK, what's hard to imitate and core to my value?

- Wrapping everything in my illustration style... which gets even more specific when I'm the character

- My stories, experiences and what I turn them into

- Mix of consulting/mentoring and actively creating with you

- [# 4 ?]

Let's see if I find fourth. It's easier to have these things pointed out by other people than trying to see them myself. Do you have any tip for that?

Klara - I would definitely talk to different people who know you. Ask them to tell you what they think makes you uniquely you. Write down every suggestion they make. You will probably start to see that one or two things come up again and again. Your 4th maybe one of those things or something adjacent to them.

I like your illustration style as that is something very unique. "What I turn them into..." is also interesting. Maybe you can dig a little deeper into that, as in, what DO you turn them into?

Thanks for working through using the framework, really great to see and very interesting to me.

Thank you, I like to engage with your framework to try and get an experience with coming to things in different ways than with other frameworks.

What I turn them into? The stories + illustration evoke emotional response that moves or activates people.

And the possible fourth... Since I've already collected a rich list of that kind of feedback, I asked AI to suggest what the fourth could be. Obviously, in this way, it's a personal quality, it doesn't feel as materialistic as the examples you've shared.

- I create an environment where people feel both seen and challenged to grow (gently provocative, safe, non-judgemental)

- Ability to be both analytical & emotional/creative; both deeply structured & creative/"flowy"
